We usually focus on medical practitioners who provide a direct line of care. We have a history supporting smaller non-profits to large multi-state systems and in-between. Our practitioner database is extensive and growing and we have flexed to other areas once we have an established relationship with our client.
How do you find candidates?
We leverage technology and software tools, including artificial intelligence, to pull in a vast database of available candidates with the required credentialing for each position. We then connect with each candidate to ensure a match in terms of desired outcomes so when we submit somebody, they are in alignment with your goals and mission.
How do you determine if a candidate fits my culture?
We evaluate the whole person when deciding whether or not to present someone to you. How quickly can you respond to my request?What if I need someone urgently
Well, one of our values is High Agency, which also encompasses a strong sense of urgency. What if I’m dissatisfied with a candidate?

On the occasion that a permanent placement doesn't work out, we replace that individual within your guarantee period.
